ServiceBoard is operated by Polarix Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect about visitors and customers of ServiceBoard, how we use it, and the choices you have.
From visitors to this marketing site: standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), and any information you voluntarily submit through the demo request form (name, email, shop name, message).
From customers of the product: the account information you provide (name, email, organization), the operational records you create in the product (jobs, customers, technicians, invoices), and basic technical telemetry needed to operate the service (login events, error logs, request IDs).
To deliver the product you paid for, support you when you ask for help, send transactional email related to your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad targeting on this site.
ServiceBoard uses a small number of subprocessors to operate the service (hosting, transactional email, payment processing if you enable billing). A current list will be maintained at /privacy/subprocessors before launch.
You can request a copy of your account data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We honor verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal hold and backup retention windows described in the agreement governing your account.
