The tools small contractors actually use today are either too thin (a calendar plus a Stripe link) or too thick (a sales-driven enterprise platform that asks you to learn 200 settings before you can schedule a Tuesday). We built ServiceBoard for the middle: the dispatcher who needs to see today, the technician who needs the next stop, the owner who needs to see what's actually getting invoiced.
